I was introduced to Le Cap, a Haitian cuisine gem in North Miami, by a friend, and I've been hooked ever since, making the 40-minute drive from Margate just for a taste. Usually, I go for the boulette (fried meatballs), which I firmly believe are the best in South Florida. This time, I decided to try the poulet en sauce (stewed chicken). The portion was generous, and the flavor, as always, did not disappoint. The food is delectable, and the experience is worth both the drive...
