I cannot believe I just discovered this place. If you’re into natural health, herbs, supplements, or just finding things you can’t get at the big chain stores, you NEED to check out Life Natural Foods.
What blew me away wasn’t just the selection (which is incredible), it was the people. The staff actually know what they’re talking about. You can tell them what’s going on—sleep issues, stress, digestion, hormones, whatever—and they’ll walk you through different herbs and natural remedies that may help. It feels like talking to people who genuinely love this stuff and have spent years learning about it.
They have so many unique products that I’ve never seen at Whole Foods or the usual health food stores. I kept finding things and thinking, “Wait, they have this too?”
The whole place has that old-school neighborhood health store feel where you can tell they’ve built a loyal following over the years. No gimmicks, no pushing products, just knowledgeable people and a really impressive selection.
Honestly, this is one of those hidden gems that makes you want to tell everyone about it. I already know I’ll be back.

This business markets itself in a way that can be misleading. While they may employ Black workers, this is not actually a Black-owned business, and customers deserve transparency about who owns and profits from the company. this is a jewish owned business not black owned.
I also found the pricing excessive and the overall experience disappointing. It feels like the company takes advantage of customers who may not know they can find similar products and services elsewhere for much more reasonable prices. I believe people should support businesses that are honest, fair, and genuinely invested in the communities they serve.

When I walked in there was a customer being helped so I looked around for about 5 minutes… They didn’t have the herbs I was looking for but I still wanted to purchase something to support a Black Business… After not being acknowledged for about 10 minutes with a simple “Hello, I’ll be with you shortly”, I left…

Love this Mom and Pop. Has many of the products I’d expect to see and the familiar herbal smell of an old school health store. Tiny, intimate, cram packed. Got my folic acid, met Dorothy, her son, her assistant and Paulonne. Loved it!
