Good for cheap pizza for a family. They are quick and actually got and ready line advertised.

Not the first time at this particular little ceasers, because it's my home little ceasars. So this time was odd, the associate who was taking our order seemed like it was her first day. The process of ordering two yes 2 pizzas took 15 min. She had to call someone from the back to take our order and it was still an issue. That's why it went down to 3 stars. On top if the 15 min to order 2 pizzas it took a additional 20 min for 2 pizzas from a place where they make sure your pizza is hot and ready!!!!

Just left this site 132nd & Biscayne because of poor service. 3 people were waiting for service, a worker came from the back, didn't even acknowledged us, put some orders to be picked up and went straight to the back without taking our orders. This is after waiting for 3-5 minutes for someone to come to the front counter. Will not be coming back.

Rip-off — charged for food I cancelled, no refund, no help
This Little Caesars charged me after I CANCELLED my order by phone BEFORE delivery.
The staff said “too late” and refused a refund. My bank closed the dispute because the store didn’t provide refund proof. I do not recommend this location — they charged me for goods they didn’t deliver and won’t correct it. Avoid this store.

No one in this location speaks English? I called to place an order and the person on the phone said "No English....Order online for pickup." Then she put the phone down.. Why can't I order ahead and pay cash like I normally do at other Little Caesars. Im just lost for words right now. My dollars will be spent else where. This definitely isn't a racial post.. I'm upset that I can't order pizza for a party. It's beyond annoying.

Worst service. The stuff are horrible and they are rude!

Very clean and tidy place. I ordered online and picked up 6 pizzas there. They were hot and ready to carru out when I hmgot there. I’m time. The workers were really on point and kind. They had lot of options to take with the pizzas. The food is a little meh, but the prives are unbeatable.

I ordered a lunch special with a Diet Pepsi and the refrigerator was empty of my choice. I have diabetes, so I cannot drink anything with sugar. They had no alternate so I asked the assistant manager he brought out a bottle of warm diet Dr Pepsi. When I asked him for a couple of ice and to chill my drink, he shrugged and said that ain’t gonna happen. I asked him why it was not stocked and he said the people didn’t do it. I explained to him that being the manager needs to make sure that everything is stocked Properly. He just shrugged your shoulders and said “that’s the way it is. He has no customer service and is extremely rude. I used to come here once a week, I will never come here again.

Absolutely terrible job with the food there. I mean, I got my pizza without pizza sauce, who does that? That's a basic pizza ingredient. Also, I paid extra for the stuffed crazy crust pizza and it was just regular stuffing. Definitely will not be coming back again.
