Terrible service. I’ve been here a few times and for a place who’s slogan is “Hot N Ready” they’ve literally never have had anything ready. Ever. Just stay away. I can accept bad service for a good product but they have neither.

I was so happy that our neighborhood finally has a closer little Caesars but they keep burning the pizza and there is barely no cheese. Even when I order the extra most bestest that's supposed to have extra cheese. The pizza is dry!! The cardboard box it comes in looks more appetizing. I have no problems with the staff though.

Very irate and horrible customer service.

I ordered delivery ON LITTLE CEASARS MOBILE APP from this location and was given delivery time of 1 hr. I the time and then my driver called to advise he was outside . Upon opening my door I noticed he did not have on a little Caesar’s uniform shirt and he only had 2 boxes of pizza in his hand . I asked him where were my other 2 pizza and he was confused and saying this is all he had. The item count was located on the top box which said 6 and j asked him did he not see this and he told me this is all he was given . I asked him did he have another order in his car which he probably mixed up with mine and he proceeded to bring out 2 more boxes but they had another customers name on it.

I called little Cesar’s immediately and spoke with Jay. He advised me that I would need to come into the little ceasars with my children in hand in the rain to pick back up my order that was never received. He advised me there is no manager on site and they didn’t speak English.

I drove to this location and was greeted by a rude and very disrespectful Mauricio. No customer service skill at all.! I advised Jay I was already upset about having to drive all the way down I just wanted a refund . Mauricio kept interrupting Jay trying to speak to me to tell me they didn’t have any cash on hand and they would not be able to refund me. This is after 5 people were in front of me in line and just paid for their food. I advised him that this is unacceptable and asked for a manager or corporates number and he started speaking in Spanish to another employee instead of providing me with the number I asked for . Jay continuously asked him to stop speaking at me and was trying to de escalate the situation while Mauricio kept making me as a customer more irate with his back and forth banter . Jay was able to get someone on the phone who walked him thru how to refund me back and advised I will get my refund within 24/48hrs.

I am currently in their parking lot wasting time in the rain to do this horrible experience review . WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Usually, I don’t write reviews. I’m a person where I pay for my service and if the outcome is bad I just tell myself not to come back but this specific location needs to make changes IMMEDIATELY.

I asked the cashier hey do you guys wear gloves and immediately She catch an attitude and told me no I told her I’ve been standing here for 10 minutes and I observed you guys touching your ears and itching your hair, touching your phones, touching money and you’re also helping out with the food.

What I just observe is not sanitary its very disgusting. You have sick people out here where things that I just witnessed can get them sick even more.

One last thing, this is little Caesars. It’s known to be fast and quick. I should not be waiting no more than five minutes for a pizza. Also little Caesars should change their policy and in force gloves to all staff.

Service was great but it seem to be after ordering 5 pizza the oven keep burning it drying it out ever experience this at the location in biscayne . They try help me but no matter what they did the pizza was burn

Since they opened, I've ordered twice. Both times. The pizzas come with almost no cheese or toppings. They barely add any pineapple to the Hawaiian. We lost bacon and the same thing happened. The cheese wasn't visible. There are parts of the pizza where you only see tomato sauce. I was really excited because it's close to me. I don't think I'll order anything until they improve the quality.
