Everyone I come here it’s an issue with the same lady. She has a nasty attitude and always slams the window . She also says that you can’t order any smoothies or ice cream after 2 because she’s lazy. I payed for a frappe online and she didn’t refund me or give me anything in exchange. She needs to get fired .

I'm still in shock. I just left and after waiting for almost 20 minutes and no one answering at the drive-thru, an employee greeted me with very bad actitud and called me rude twice when I wasn't. The manager had to come and stop me and apologize because there were two people and they were a little upset.

I don't know how you could possibly serve up such cold soggy food, this is unacceptable.
I just picked up a Happy Meal from you guys, it's one thing if your employees don't make eye contact or say hi or bye... I don't always expect to get the best customer service when I go to a fast food restaurant, but to have cold and Soggy chicken nuggets for a child is another thing.
I don't want to hear any excuses, there were only two cars in that drive-thru and clearly there's no quality assurance at your location so I will make sure to never come back but I'm leaving this review here so that hopefully the other people can avoid the terrible experience I just had.

Some lady kicked me out because I have a scooter Since when are scooters not allowed??? And if they aren’t allowed you need to put up signs everywhere…this is my source of transportation and honestly a lot of teens and young adults are scootering these days so you will lose a lot of customers with that kind of treatment all I wanted was to enjoy a McChicken and a frappe but whatever…Burger King gladly treated me in and took my money…
