This Panera is the most disgusting Panera I've ever went to everything you touch is greasy All the tables are dirty staff is just hanging around walking not doing their job no napkins it's terrible Management must really be really bad here for this Panera to look like this it never looked like this before so management needs to be changed and the staff needs to be changed they do nothing but stand around and just talk instead of cleaning and picking up the restaurant making sure it is comfortable for people like me that come in here to eat

It’s sad to see the manager of this location pays no attention to cleanliness of this store. The floors are filthy, the tables not wiped down while employees are standing, the coffee station a disaster. Whomever is the manager should take ownership and dedicate sometime to this store, if this is the exterior imagine the kitchen, I had to walk out. It’s only 9:15am yet the store seemed like it had been open a full day with the filth on the floors, tables, entry doors ect.

The worst Panera Bread location in North Miami by Biscayne Blvd, this place needs a new manager the presentation of the food it seems very down graded when it comes to the finish product, Salad is wet not dry, the bread looks like someone took a bite , Not been cut with a knife, when asking for Napkins staff ask you why? Really making face expression not very professional, will never stop at this location, I guess customer service is a demographic area,, worst one of all,, been to alot of them in Florida,, showing this very poor skills for food presentation & customer service skills

Staff Valentina, went above and beyond her duties, not only ensuring every customer was satisfied, but also taking the time to assist those in need, particularly the elderly. Her dedication is a testament to the high standard and most importantly, her inherent disposition. It is rare to see such level of care and personal attention. She is a great asset to the Panera vision, and her wonderful service made my Sunday visit with Mitch, a delightful experience.

Just had the most annoying experience at this location. Waited in line literally for a minimum of five minutes before someone took my order. No one else in line. While I’m standing there waiting for my food, there is a homeless person passing me several times with a severe odor. Nothing I want to smell while I’m waiting for food about to eat. Don’t tell me you can’t control the homeless people. You can. Keep them out of your store and from sitting at your front door.
The female brownskin cashier is rude and has no good customer service this location is unserious.

i went in there today to place a order and the service was just horrible. raddrick or however you spell his name is the manager over and is a very nasty individual service is just horrible he should not be working over there if that’s how he’s going to act. he not only talked to me like that but to other people that was there too!
