Anywhere else in the country you get good service but here it’s literally like pulling teeth just to get some basic service. Highly don’t recommend this place or the other location in Aventura staff just doesn’t care.

We stopped by for lunch on 2/4/23. We placed our orders and paid, but didn't receive a confirmation. I went to the serving counter, tried to get their attention, they continued chatting, pretending they didn't see me. I finally got an answer, and it was rude as if I was bothering them. Our food came, side bread was stale definitely from the previous day. Bread for the steak sandwich was very hard, consistent with yesterday's bread toasted. My daughter went to ask for a to go container for her sandwich. She was told that they don't use boxes and was handed a piece of paper in a very rude manner.

Go to Panera once in a while and decided to venture away from half sandwich and half salad for lunch. Not sure why the bowl barely had my protein, and the soup was literally the tiniest portion I’ve seen. Will stick to basics next time.

The food is pretty good and fast for the most part but the dining experience is not gonna be to good. Most of the time the tables have not been cleaned, or the floor is full of crumbled food and the trash and tray return is full and piled on top of each other. The food area workers are pretty fast and on point most of the time. Needs to be table cleaning , sweeping more often after patrons leave. My closest Panera so I would appreciate a bit more cleanliness for my dining experience with the kids.Dietary restrictions: They have options for someone simply dieting and needing good choices.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly environment with friendly kid menus.
There was a sticker in my sandwich!I placed an order for 3 sandwiches, they didn’t make them as ordered, then I asked them to replace them to replace them with correct order, I didn’t check the new sandwiches and after I got home I saw despite I asked to add more ingredients to the sandwiches, they removed almost everything! They only put eggs, tomatoes and spinach, leaving out 4 ingredients.Then I saw they didn’t remove the sticker from the tomato! If I trashed all of them!Worst Panera I’ve ever visited!
Panera put completely different order and we stayed hungry. Instead of 2 sandwiches and 2 salads-they gave us 4 the same soups, which no one liked it.

I always love Panera and I’m down for Panera but this one is just super slow and understaffed. They have the computers that you can self order but the average elder in the biscayne area just hoards it and takes longer than their lifetime to order on there and it just slows everything down even more cause when something does go wrong they have to call for help from behind the counter. Drinks are all the way in the back. Not to mention the area / neighborhood is just full of homeless people and shady characters. Save your money, time, and energy, go eat somewhere else. Your welcome.
