It’s crazy you give that answer it must be a generic answer before you’re giving someone their food. You should check it and check the receipt. He said the order two times before giving the order and we asked again, but like I said never again will I order from there because there was no professionalism at all.

This was the best Haitian food I have had in a while… especially being that it is a food truck. The wait time was very reasonable and the customer service was very good. The food was perfect. Not too salty but still flavorful. Not too greasy but fried to perfection. They were helpful in making sure I got the food the way I liked it. I do not like my Griot hard, they listened to my request and served it just right! Lol I usually get the stank face at other Haitian restaurants when I start asking questions, so I really appreciate that they offered just good customer service. Thank you for a refreshing experience.

I bought food lastnight from them for the first time and the last I bought fried conch it was burnt and fried to hard and it was fried in dirty grease my boyfriend ordered lemon pepper wings they was so salty he could not eat them only thing thst was established was the fries and the sweet potatoes we spent $42.00 on that it was a waste of money never again I was so disappointed 😞

Please stay away from this place , I don’t recommend it at all. I bought for almost $100 food . The food took 30 minutes to be ready . When i ask the lady 1 extra empty place so i can share the food with a friend , she literally told me , those to go plate are too expensive, she can’t give me one , after i bought for $98 of food. And no one is wearing gloves when preparing the food. Please stay away , dont go there.

I don’t know what happened.. Food used to be good but now it like they don’t care anymore.The chicken still has hair on it, was fried in old grease and tastes burnt. That’s how you get heartburn. For the price you pay the chicken and grease should be clean. I definitely won’t be going back.
Today I brought someone with me to Paul's food truck. For starters, the person with me asked how long for our food to be ready after a 10 minute wait. She said one second and left us there and didn't say a word. Eventually out of frustration he walked across the street to use the restroom. When he returned we waited at the window we finally asked about our order again. Guess what? It been sitting on the counter ready for a while now. And they were acting like they didn't want to serve anyone the food wasn't fresh the chicken was fried in old oil and everything wasn't what I remember it tasting like .I'm pregnant and I craved it and it wasn't good I would say to the owner please have pleasant pple that want to wrk at the window and are aware of what good food service is I don't expect a Michelin star service at a food truck.But at least pleasant people that want to work and actually are cleaning out.The oil in which is frying meats, plantains and other stuff.Now the food is usually really great.The experience this time was horrible.I'm hoping next time it'll be better

the order was not presentable I ha d ordered Wing and fries, sweet potato and banana, djondjon rice and juice (1 no fries, the potatoes were burnt, the banana hard as rocks, the rice itself was just gratin and to finish the meat, the pikliz, the whole food was full of acid. I am disappointed and not satisfied

I have tried these food truck 3 different times. The first time it was the chicken Alfredo which was surprisingly too spicy but still had flavor, months later the griot and djon djon rice was awful and old , I specifically asked for no fat but that’s exactly what I got it was a lot fat (which I know a lot of ppl like ) but I specifically requested to limit the heat, the lady taking the order said the sauces pre-made(wait what) that’s a big no no. Ok moving along. Last night I said imma try it one more time and damn shit suck. Old ass Alfredo sauce( u know it’s spoiled when you taste the tangyness from the sauce, a damn shame . As caterers if u are in capable or don’t have the desire to give your all and ftesh food plus charge alot Mann make your food match the price and quality of food your serving.
