Why are the plantains so thick that salt does not go into them because they are tasteless.. most of Haitian restaurants are like that lol please fix it..

This is literally the best food truck I’ve seen so far in Miami very good. I came very hungry. They gave me a free piece of chicken just to calm my nerves so I wanna say thank you to the young lady that is working with braids. Customer service is good. Food is good. I’ll be back every time. I’m ordering food now from here on out.

Yesterday afternoon , I had a blast when I tasted the ribs and fried plantain. Best meat ever!! This amazing chubby lady called Sopaida was right. She kindly advised me to choose it. I am delighted that I had her as a cashier. She’s fantastic! Thank you again for making my day with succulent food and efficient customer service.
This is absurd!! $22 for a 10 piece wings that was $14 a couple weeks ago!! YOU CANT JUSTIFY THAT! COST HASNT GONE UP THAT MUCH. I LIKED THIS PLACE BUT THEY ARE GETTING OVER AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK!
