This was the best Haitian food I have had in a while… especially being that it is a food truck. The wait time was very reasonable and the customer service was very good. The food was perfect. Not too salty but still flavorful. Not too greasy but fried to perfection. They were helpful in making sure I got the food the way I liked it. I do not like my Griot hard, they listened to my request and served it just right! Lol I usually get the stank face at other Haitian restaurants...

I thoroughly enjoyed my first Haitian BBQ experience, and I'm certain it won't be my last. A friend recommended this establishment, and I wholeheartedly agree that it's a place you'll want to revisit. Their Caribbean flavors are exceptional, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend this place. You're welcome.

Today I brought someone with me to Paul's food truck. For starters, the person with me asked how long for our food to be ready after a 10 minute wait. She said one second and left us there and didn't say a word. Eventually out of frustration he walked across the street to use the restroom. When he returned we waited at the window we finally asked about our order again. Guess what? It been sitting on the counter ready for a while now. And they were acting like they didn't...
