5 employees standing around but waited 10 mins for empanada. Not to mention it’s 4$ for 1. Go any where else. DO NOT RECOMMEND
The payment divise is confused and it might seems you been charged twice
The lady at the front has a bad actitud and refused to check my double charge cause the manager was not there ,,, and in a fact yes I was double charge and it’s imposible to contact a manger for refund on Saturdays
Also the pastries some of them were not fresh
I order pan con carne and French fries. I have to throw both of them in the garbage!! Never comeback here
Only Spanish, I had to get a friend to translate. The sales person was upset to get get tip and half of our order was missing when we got home. Aweful and never again.
Terribly unamerican. No one speak English (American) they don’t know what key lime pie is even though the make it. Crazy people
Place has really gone downhill, no matter what you order they never follow the instructions, especially if you order by Uber eat or any other service
Lovely bakery with delicious food! We loved the cake and pastries we bought! Very affordable and friendly staff!
Bad attention
No English and was touching there nose before trying to sell me the food and I watched them touch the food after

So I'm driving down Biscayne I'm feeling a little hungry and my wife and child as well we stop here at Pinecrest Bakery to get something to eat. My wife goes ahead in order the flan cheesecake and I a vanilla cake my daughter chooses a a traditional Cuban steak sandwich. My daughter steak sandwich came out pretty okay but the pastries that my wife and I order horrible dry hard as a rock they gave us plastic utensils and when we use the plastic fork the teeth bent trying to penetrate the pastry. So don't bother coming to this Bakery you are not getting fresh pastries at all those pastries are sitting there well over their expiration date.

My first time going here today. I took my only child & only grandson here and the food it soooo good. I only speak English and they still help me with a smile ❤️??. The employees is so friendly and polite and we loved it. It was so much food I took some home back down south. Now I have to try the one in Gould’s ❤️ oh and the pastries is mouthwatering oh my god so good
This place is OK - when I get the pastelitos they are typically dry or don't have very good flavor so I wouldn't come here to get any baked goods. Also, under no circumstances get the other pastries like the cake - I had one and it tasted like plastic. Terrible flavor. The coffee however is good and is the only reason I would come here.
I wish I had found this place before today because we fly home tomorrow. I would have eaten here in person. I ordered through DoorDash and the food was fantastic! I had a Cuban breakfast sandwich and a dozen of assorted Cuban pastries. Yummy!!
This bakery makes the most delicious, moist, and beautiful cake ever ! It has become our family’s favorite cake!!!
