Went for boba with friends and wanted a poke bowl, but the rude reaction made me cancel the order. Keep your emotions at home and not at the work place. The energy made me lost my appetite. #Sorry not sorry.

Good food, not good customer service. One of employees that served me was not that patient or nice. She acts like a mean girl ..with these face expression…like she’s saying “so until what time do I need to wait for you?” …I don’t think I’m coming back…even though the food was good.

I’ve been coming here for years! Love the food but today in a rush I ordered online to pick up on my way home. Not having eaten all day I was excited to get into poke bowl, when I opened it was practically empty. There was a significant amount of rice and looks like less than half a scoop of toppings even though I only got three toppings. I even requested extra spicy mayo and my food was dry. Very very disappointed with my meal this time. I had to go home and ADD ingredients on my own. I shouldn’t be paying $20 for a bowl that is severely lacking. Not sure if I want to continue coming here so frequently.

I used to visit this restaurant every week for their poke bowl, as I was a frequent and loyal customer. While most of the staff are very friendly, one specific employee, who often works at the counter, consistently treated me with unnecessary attitude. Despite my polite behavior and regular tips, she made me feel unwelcome. The final straw was when she refused to let me use the restroom, even though I saw other customers being allowed to use it.

I’ve decided not to return and will now go to Publix across the street, where their poke bowls in the sushi section are not only better but also cheaper. It’s unfortunate, as this restaurant had potential, but poor customer service like this ruins the experience.

I have been coming here since they opened during COVID and this was my favorite place . They used to even advertise in Groupon a $19 for two poke bowl with drinks . And then of course as they get more traffic they then change it to $11 per poke bowl and with the inflation it's now $13 and more . I understand you raise the price because everything has been going up . But if you raise the price and you cut the portion and that's the worst . I ordered a poke bowl with salmon and she gave me a very small scoop of salmon . And on top of that Asian lady was very unfriendly and rude . I am not being racist because I am also from Asia .

Having only one employee take a ton of orders from multiple people, making people wait on one person trying to make orders for calls, uber eats, walk-ins is just MESSED UP. Please stop cheaping out on labor and pay for more employees.

Honest and fair review: I’ve ordered from this place before and the last two times I’ve been I have been disappointed. Last time I went the Asian girl at the cashier was very rude! Didn’t greet me or acknowledge my presence. Also she was trying to rush me as if the place was busy. There was literally NO ONE in the restaurant when I was there. I said to myself I’d never go back because I’m not spending my hard earned money on a disrespectful establishment I don’t care how good the food is. That incident was about 3 months ago. Today, I was craving a boba and this place was the closest to me so I decided to go back hoping maybe I wouldn’t be served by the Asian girl. Luckily I wasn’t!! The service was much better (it was a younger white girl and a young tan guy there in the evening time). Both were patient and kind and even gave me recommendations for a boba drink! I liked that. However!!! The price for the poke bowl was extremely high considering the portions of meat they give. I asked for shrimp and the girl gave me like half a scoop I wasn’t about to ask for more because I know some place charge more for extra meat. Sadly I won’t be coming here for poke bowl but for their boba (as long as that rude asian girl isn’t there) I’ll be back as last option. A big thank you to those two workers who served me today!

I am a poke lover and this place is the best in Miami. They have more toppings than anywhere else and everything is soooo clean.

I didn’t go in person so I can not rate the service or atmosphere, but the quantity for the price was not it. For $46 for two meals after delivery and tip it was like a kids meal. I was disappointed cause the food was good just the price to what you got did not add up.
