It’s a real shame that this location‘s main problem is the staff. Regardless, if you order inside or sit in the drive-through just be prepared for a 15 to 30 minute wait and for them to get your order wrong every single time.

Waited forever for my Ubereats pickup order and their chicken caesar wrap is tiny, barely stuffed. I could not eat the food because it was extremely salty. It would end my mother who has hypertension. Very disappointing and ofc Uber was no help. I’ll stick to their other locations

On December 1, 2025 we went here to order our food. My husband order double rice and dark chicken. I assume that the manager came to help out the other team wish she had on a red shirt with braids or plants in her hair with a colorful it looked at blue or purple. We never disrespect anyone even if they disrespect us so I went over there so my husband can stay humble. Her eyeballs was even popping out as she was talking very rude to my husband so then I had to go back over there again she just disrespecting my husband talking loud and he know what he ordered. So I didn't say something I said you are very rude to be working in a restaurant there was a customer there who said he comes nearly every day and that's her character everyday. Then we find out that the cash register who took our order did not add on the double rice people make mistakes. We were not upset. The lady had on that red shirt was ruled from the beginning all the way to the end and I told one of the workers I said I am going to call the complaint line on her. To be honest I won't even treat a mangy dog the way she treated us I be kind to that mangy dog.

The manager here is so rude to the employees they have to work the line and the cashier registers at the same time when the young lady asked for help with the Spanish people the manager was very rude to the girl telling her to move go work the line very very rude and nasty to customers and the crew

Every time I go to pollo tropical around 11pm ( keep in my mind it’s my 4th times) they always don’t have chicken meanwhile they’re just gossiping at this point they should put a sign saying they close at 11pm
