It was past 1030pm when I went on a Friday night. It was busy and I had a large take out order. So I get it if my order took time to prepare, I wouldn't be pressed. But that's not the cause of my disappointment.

My 8 piece was packed in a broken box and I ordered a 4/4 spicy/original and got no spicy. They gave me 4 of the same sandwich when they were supposed to be 2 ghost pepper and 2 spicy. None of them had extra pickles or sauce like ordered, so it was dry. None of them had cheese even tho it was added on to have cheese. None of them had ghost peppers either. So I didn't get what I paid for.

I could see my order was ready as soon as I walked up to the counrer i could see my name on the receipt, but it took them more than 5 minutes to hand it to me even tho I was the only one in there waiting for take out. I was polite, I said good evening but no one would even look me in the eye to ask what I needed.

I get the drive-through was busy, but isn't someone supposed to be at the register? There were over 8 people on the kitchen. Two were probably on break at the lobby. But they saw me walk in and not one question asked or not even a "just one moment".

For what I did get correct, it tasted good.

I asked my door dasher to ask for a side of mayo and the lady was being rude and loud to my dasher, whole time I'm on the phone she told her oh well not their problem want mayonnaise gotta go to Publix then I told my dasher to ask her her name she wouldn't give it and the lady had a collar shirt on it was green and it was a middle aged woman being disrespectful

I’m so mad about this Popeyes which sucks because I love their fried chicken but this Popeyes is just horrible. The two girls working there right now are super rude, they don’t listen when taking your order and then have audacity to get upset when you tell them that’s not what you ordered. I ordered a Hi-c with my drink and I kept repeating it because they kept saying sweet tea so I then said fruit punch, she still gave me sweet tea and then when I told her once more she got upset and said “we don’t got no fruit punch “ so I said let me get some coke then please or Pepsi… they freaking gave me Dr Pepper. I asked for Louisiana garlic sauce, they said it would be 80¢ so I paid them and they gave me roasted garlic sauce…. I drove away so angry because it’s not fair how we need to pay for food that we don’t want or enjoy… it’s just not right it’s like everything I asked I got opposite. Idk if it’s because I’m Hispanic? But treating people that way ain’t right! I also asked for ketchup they didn’t put any. Luckily, I had a ketchup packet from Wendy’s in my house.

Order via app 15 mins price to arrival. Still had to wait another 15 mins for them to say no regular chicken. Opted for the spicy and was not given any sauces. Asked for sweet heat sauce cup. And cashier advised they do not give out sauce cup for chicken. I'm confused at this point because the one on 103rd and 17th give out sauces when asked.

Anyone who likes it but honestly it's messy, the service is very bad and I think they change the oil in the fryers once every 6 months.

this place never seems to fell me they move soooooooo slow prices is ridiculous they are the most expensive chicken franchise they know they hv a lot of ppl who stops bye soo u wpuld think a drive thru services is supposed to be fast nope food was kind of cold they use to hv 1 of the best biscuits they fell completely in that department they need to do better because waiting that long close too 40 mns is quite absurd and like i said thr prices is ridiculous every place has coupons there coupons is just as bad soon ppl need to just stop eating out we are the ones paying for bad services bad food and high prices ludicrous
