A fantastic experience during the pandemic. Petit Rouge gave us faith that the Miami dining scene is still alive and well. Our meal was delightful and delicious and the staff was very attentive. We had potato pancakes with creme fraiche and caviar to start. I had the mesculan salad and my husband had the Caesar. Excellent food and service. The mushroom barley soup to start and had the superbly prepared salmon and my wife had the trout. The frits are so good which I had with the salmon. For desert had the porfitiroles. All in all a great meal and absolutely superb servers that make you feel really special. Will definitely be going back.
