Sergio’s Cuban Café and Grill

Went to the take out area, guy taking the orders was trying to do too many things at once. I repeated my order multiple times and he still messed it up. Food and coffee was great though.

Today was my 1st visit. I only went for coffee. The barista was awesome. Warm, friendly, accommodating & made a damn good cafe con leche.

If you know what a Cuban sandwich is Never order it here. Por quality ingredients. The taste is just off.

We went in for vegan bowls. Very well made.

This is a family restaurant in which your Cuban taste will meet authentic flavors. The service is fast and good.

Their food is always delicious and fresh. Above all, they are very personable and professional. Their customer service is second to none, and you can't beat the prices.

Would absolutely recommend trying this place. Excellent atmosphere, flavorful food, fantastic customer service. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service!!! The person patiently listened to our mix matched order, it was our first time. And he offered excellent recommendation to food and coffee.. to all those out there , a must try Cuban coffee and "waabaa" still can't call it ... U will want to revisit after having it all.. feel drunk on coffee , imma go dance

I used to eat at this location several times per week after working out at LA Fitness upstairs. I got injured and stop coming for a couple of months. Yesterday I was at Sergio's at about 3:30 pm. It seemed there were only two workers: the cook and a server. I had to wait a long time to place my order. I'm a business owner and I have been short staffed many times because employees didn't show up to work or were late. I got a coupon in the mail for a free item with the purchase of a drink. My food was taking a long time so I asked the server about it. She replied that they were busy which didn't bother me. I understand but what bothered me was that she told me it was free implying I shouldn't complain. I was there getting a free item because I was sent the coupon not because I can't pay. She was then very belligerent and offensive in a very polite way, a great manipulator. She even threatened me with calling the police because according to her I was making a spectacle. I hate to see this place go out of business like the places that have been there before because of workers like her. I won't go there ever again.

I ordered the Beef vacca frita. The rice and beens were okay but the beef was well seasoned and very tender. I think I could have ate an entire bowl of beef. And with a spritz of lime, it made the tastier.

I stopped by to pick up some empanada; there were very few ready (that is usually the case); I placed and paid for an order to pick up in 20 to 25 minutes when the next batch would be ready. When I returned my order, which was ready to be picked up, had been given to another customer.

Food is great. However,all I had to hear, she's one of them when I use the restroom,I make sure it's clean.. If I return,is it's by invitation. Never again

It was a disaster. I ordered food throught their website i waited 1hour and 12 minutes to receive my food and after the long wait, I noticed they didn't put the extras i paid for... Completly disdapointed. This Sergio's Cuban location is not working how it should. Somebody is not doing it's job in this place. I called hundreds times and i received like 4 different excuses, but the true is they did not solve the problem and i had a horrible experience.
