Angela at this Starbucks is absolutely wonderful! She greets every customer with a warm smile and genuine kindness that instantly brightens your day. Her cheerful energy is infectious and she turns a simple coffee run into a great start to the morning!

Go inside. That’s where the magic happens. Your order gets that extra bit of care, made just right. I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and a latte (with 7 pumps of chai, because obviously), and everything was on point. Bonus? There’s outdoor seating, which is clutch if you’re like me and want to catch a breeze while getting work done on your laptop. The vibes were chill, the service was very accommodating, and hey... you might even run into an old friend if you’re lucky. That’s North Miami for you. Great spot for a solo work session, a casual catch-up, or just a quality latte done right. I even brought my little fur baby, and yes... they hooked us up with a pup cup. Little things like that make the day feel extra welcoming.

Drink was fine but the cashier who’s name on my receipt says “Kaya” was so unpleasant and had an attitude. This is the first person you interact with when you go to this cafe, and it made me just want to leave. She should be making the drinks and not interacting with customers.

I would like to start off by saying, that I go to Starbucks all the time. I think that this Starbucks is okay, but can be improved. They are running out of things super quickly, and sometimes they can be rude to customers. There is some staff that is very nice. So, I would like to review each category provided /100Food 75/100- I am not huge on the food at Starbucks, I go there for the lattes, but they run out of it sometimes, so I think that they need to make sure they have sufficient stuff. They make coffee most of the time. One time they messed up my drink, but they rectified it.Service- 55/100- The service is decent, for instance sometimes when requested to mix the sugar in the coffee, they do not do that, so it is almost like it does not do what other Starbucks do. Also, I have asked them for certain things, and then they bring out something different. I would say half the workers are nice, and half of them are not.Atmosphere 77/100- The atmosphere is nice, I would say maybe adding more seating indoors, as sometimes there is no spots for someone to sit and study. I would add more charging stations as well, so people can charge and work on their laptop.

Not very helpful. The lead person in charge seemed to be bothered by my questions. I went in to order items in advance and was told to place the order online, which was unsuccessful. I tried calling to the store for assistance and no one answered. I hope that this is an isolated incident, I will patron there again because it's convenient but the customer service from the "manager" needs improvement. The staff workers are the opposite,they are great!

Kid-friendliness: Hey. I'm having problem with the Starbucks cashier right now. Can I please have a little cup of hot water? I requested her. No, she told me. I asked her if I could pay and she would give me some hot water. I have to consume my medication. When I showed her my medicine, she said no and Next client.This is an inappropriate and rude behavior. I have one year of experience working at Starbucks, therefore I am familiar with the policies. She has awful conversational manners with others.I have an urgent problem since she refused to give me water and I am unable to take my medication.I discovered that I'm not the only one having issues when I looked up this Starbucks' Google reviews.

Best Starbucks I’ve visited in a while ! All though it was super busy the young lady working there made sure my order was correct before leaving. I believe her name was Shirley.

There is a pretty unpleasant cashier at this Starbucks. She consistently refuses to assist us when we ask about drinks. She shouted today, "We're not giving water and ice," in my friend's face. She has been acting in this manner toward us twice.

This Starbucks is one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to simply because of all the hardworking employees there from the baristas all the way to the manager. Everyone there works hard and there are days I’ve seen where the line is out the door but the employees are locked in and push on through the crazy madness of line after line. Any drink here will be made to Starbucks standard and made how it’s supposed to be made by the book. All the employees there deserve all the love and appreciation they can get. Rude customers will always try to bring them down but real regulars who go to this Starbucks on a daily basis will know how hardworking and efficient the employees at this Starbucks work!
