Kid-friendliness: Hey. I'm having problem with the Starbucks cashier right now. Can I please have a little cup of hot water? I requested her. No, she told me. I asked her if I could pay and she would give me some hot water. I have to consume my medication. When I showed her my medicine, she said no and Next client.This is an inappropriate and rude behavior. I have one year of experience working at Starbucks, therefore I am familiar with the policies. She has awful conversational manners with others.I have an urgent problem since she refused to give me water and I am unable to take my medication.I discovered that I'm not the only one having issues when I looked up this Starbucks' Google reviews.

Best Starbucks I’ve visited in a while ! All though it was super busy the young lady working there made sure my order was correct before leaving. I believe her name was Shirley.

There is a pretty unpleasant cashier at this Starbucks. She consistently refuses to assist us when we ask about drinks. She shouted today, "We're not giving water and ice," in my friend's face. She has been acting in this manner toward us twice.

This Starbucks is one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to simply because of all the hardworking employees there from the baristas all the way to the manager. Everyone there works hard and there are days I’ve seen where the line is out the door but the employees are locked in and push on through the crazy madness of line after line. Any drink here will be made to Starbucks standard and made how it’s supposed to be made by the book. All the employees there deserve all the love and appreciation they can get. Rude customers will always try to bring them down but real regulars who go to this Starbucks on a daily basis will know how hardworking and efficient the employees at this Starbucks work!

Barista was extremely rude. I’m not a frequent customer so I wasn’t sure exactly what to order or how to customize it and when I requested a change AND offered to pay or it, barista snapped as if the second person, presumably the manager, didn’t tell me that I wouldn’t need to pay. I get it’s 8AM but there is no need for negative attitudes and slick remarks. Clearly she needs to review Starbucks customer service policy. Will not return.

So I got kicked out of this place after I tried to sit on one of their (completely empty) chairs to wait for my class to start. They told me they were closed rudely, but I wasn’t aware students couldn’t get near it minutes before it opened.

The person who took my order at around 11am was super rude and could not be bothered to take my order. I ordered two drinks but she ended up ringing it up as one drink, which by the way, isn't the issue. The issue was that when I told her that it was supposed to be two separate drinks she was even more rude and then proceeded to tell me that I only ordered one drink. She then proceeded to tell the manager a drink that I didn't ordered. My second drink was an iced triple shot espresso over ice with a few pumps of white mocha but the starbucks partner insisted that I ordered a White mocha, which btw is a completely different drink with MILK. It was a bit of a miscommunication which is completely understandable and I have patience for, but I don't have patience for people who are super rude when I kindly tell them that there was a mistake. I've worked for starbucks for years and let me tell you that the attitude I received today would never slide at other locations. The way you speak to people is a big part of service jobs and I definitely felt like this person did not want to be there. I hate to come on here and write a bad review cause obviously I go to this starbucks a lot but man... this interaction took me back and put a whole downer to my day.

I don’t usually write reviews but I think this Starbucks follows rules and regulations they made on their own compared to the Starbucks at MMC. The MMC starbucks is usually nice and friendly. Today, I went to to the BBC starbucks to get a blended refresher. I was told that, “it’s not a frappe, it does not come blended.” I know that, because I have worked at two Starbucks locations before. Every other Starbucks will blend the drink for you. Instead of telling me she cannot blend the refresher due to any regulations they might have, she said she will not, in a rude manner. I’ve worked at many service locations and the way you talk people is a big part of your job. I won’t name any names because I don’t want anyone to get in trouble, I just want to address this issue. The cashier was really sweet though, I just like to assume that the manager was having a bad day and does not talk to all her customers like that.
