I am no longer going to subway. I usually go to the store at 13190 Biscayne, Miami. For health reasons I always used flatbread for my sandwich. Since you no longer offer flatbread, I can not get sandwiches from Subway. Neal Knight

Terrible sandwich. I ordered online in the subway app. Someone picked up for me. I ordered a full size Spicy Italian with everything on it as per the selections on the app, on flat bread as the photo online. I also ordered a tuna wrap. What I received was nothing like the photo or similar. 3 slices of Genoa salami, 3 slices of spicy pepperoni and 3 slices of cheese, everything else was lettuce onion black olives and lots of unknown sauce and a very wet sandwich The tuna wrap came in flat bread and not in the wrap as shown online. This is terrible food at the price paid of $12 per sandwich. I guess thats the reasons they filled for Bankruptcy and their status online shows in bankruptcy status. I found this out after the fact. I tried to post photo of my sandwich but couldn’t. Save your time and dollars, go somewhere else.

I went in with my mom to have lunch and no one acknowledged me. The man that was there was assisting an older gentlemen on the phone and did not move he yelled for someone else to come and the person said basically no she was busy doing something else. We walked out and no sorry or anything was said.

I stopped by Subway today and was impressed from start to finish. Leyani and the staff greeted me with a friendly smile and patiently helped me customize my sandwich exactly the way I like it—fresh veggies, perfectly toasted bread, and just the right amount of sauce.
Everything tasted crisp and fresh, and the ingredients looked vibrant and well stocked. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and smelled amazing. I also appreciated how quick the service was, making it an easy lunch stop without sacrificing quality.
If you’re looking for a spot where you can build a delicious, healthy meal to your own taste, this Subway location is a winner. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came in before work to get lunch, and none of the staff acknowledged me. I was the only dark-skinned person in there at the time. Two people came in after me, and the lady automatically took their orders before mine. Then, after the gentleman finished with an online order, he went straight to the older man’s order without even looking at me—like I was a ghost. So I just left and walked out. I was furious and shocked at the same time that it even happened.

Extremely rude lady work at this location they have no manners… They do not speak English…. When you tell him what you’re wanting, they’re very unhappy. It looks like they don’t wanna work there. They just working there cause I don’t have another place to go. This is ridiculous in this country.

1st off ,The Manager left for the day. She left her Employee, A wonderful, calm, Gentleman ALONE. Plus She is off tomorrow . He had Customers on line in the Store. There were orders waiting to be made. People came in to pick them up & their orders weren’t done yet. HOW MUCH CAN THIS 1 HUMAN BEING DO WITH NO HELP. It is Totally NOT FAIR that he is in this store, HIS JOB, BY HIMSELF.. What would happen if something did go bad. Was the Manager there? Why didn’t she help him make some of the orders. I give him a 10 STAR FOR HIS GREAT SUBS HE MADE US. And Yes, we ate in and watched what he went through. Friday 10/11/2024 3:30 pm.
So this was probably my best experience at Subway. The lady actually listened to everything I wanted! She made my sandwich exactly how I asked. Believe it or not, this is NOT the norm for all subways, unfortunately. To make matters even better, I could tell that she did not speak much English. She did NOT let a language barrier get in the way of delivering excellent service to a guy less than an hour before closing. She deserves the time I took to express all this to all of you. I wish I had her name.

Believe it or not, this is NOT the norm for all subways, unfortunately. To make matters even better, I could tell that she did not speak much English. She did NOT let a language barrier get in the way of delivering excellent service to a guy less than an hour before closing. She deserves the time I took to express all this to all of you. I wish I had her name.
