Just ordered and not only were we missing a sandwich and a drink but the rest was awful. You can tell no one cared. It was just make this and get it out.Hard, cold and stale. They give you like 5 onion rings.Im just really disappointed and what a waste of money.Really not trying to be petty just want others to know. This was not worth it.
Ordered three sandwiches from here, just terrible. The chicken one only half of it had chicken on it. But the brisket one was the worst of all the brisket seemed old and it was not edible it was literally so tough and rubbery I could not eat it The fries were a little cold which is expected when being delivered but Believe it or not they were the best part. I was missing a sandwich and a drink also.
terrible service we received at the store in N.Miami, FL 33181 this is the second time we have been there and they leave us waiting a long time to take our order to go and when they take it they tell us at the moment of delivering the order that something is missing and that there is not, does it make sense that they do it at the time of delivery? I have my purchase invoice and they gave me my money back because as usual today there was also no Loaded bacon cheedar tots what a bad takeaway service ... I will not return
The Food Was Good And Tasty
The food was delicious. BUT, the first set of silverware they brought me was filthy - and had something sticky on it. I asked for a fresh set of silverware that was clean. A few minutes later, they returned to me with filthy silverware, again with something sticky on it. If a person is specific about silverware being filthy, along with sticky, wouldn't one reasonably expect that this was remedied upon being brought a second set of silverware? It wasn't. So, I ended up requesting plastic flatware. Not the best eating utensils for the meal I was eating - but, they were fresh out of the wrapper, clean, and not sticky!
