I can not overstate the talent, taste, and service Tica Designer Cakes provides. This woman created my EXACT vision for my wedding cake with every flavor perfectly done. The color and design was something out of a fantasy. This isn't some run-of-the-mill baker, she has ingredients imported so you will NOT find anything like her anywhere else! She is communicative and worked with me from start to finish for a full year to make sure everything I wanted was done perfectly. I will never use another baker again and neither should you! Call her! She does birthdays and other events as well as weddings.

Got a rum cake done last minute for my sisters 30th birthday. Ordered it on Tuesday for Saturday.I sent her a screenshot of a video of what my sister wanted and Tica came thru!! It was beautiful, exact duplicate in design, delicious flavor.We are highly impressed!

I first had one of her cakes at my sons friend birthday party. I’m usually not a fond of any fondant cakes (I’m loyal to Publix cakes) but this cake was so delicious I had to book her for my own sons birthday party. Everyone loved the cake taste and look wise. Her work is amazing!!

For my daughter’s first birthday, we ordered a two tiered haitian cake with vanilla custard. We went with a honeybee theme and asked Ms. Tica to replicate a picture we had found online. The finished product was beautiful-picture perfect, and the cake was absolutely delicious. As a result, our guests came back for seconds and we have no left over cake. Thank you, Ms. Tica for great quality craftsmanship and creativity. If I could, I would give this review a 10 star rating. If you are need of a cake designer and baker, please consider Ms. Tica. This was the most amazing wedding cake ever. Sometimes you see pretty cakes but the cake is awful! Here the cake was wonderful in every way. Our guests lost their minds about the cake and the red velvet cake favors. I can’t say enough about Ms. St.Arromand. We tasted twice (paid every time) and asked for adjustments. Her price reflected the value we received!
