When it comes to getting authentic Haitian food, L'Auberge is a great place to go. Most people order take out. There is seating inside but if you go on a Sunday, then good luck. It gets very busy on Sundays after church (noon and beyond).
It takes a Haitian to really tell you how good or bad the food is. And honestly this is by far one of the best I’ve come across. Reminds me of my mom’s cooking. I was skeptical at first because some of the review but gave it a try on Uber eats. And I am definitely happy that I did order. I have the strew turkey with rice. It was accompanied by a side salad and fried plantains. Very pleased with my order
I would give 5 stars for the fact that the place is updated, the food is in the front behind a clear counter, and they take credit/debit cards. So It's very fast to order food and to get it. But the taste or quality of the food is not always great. If they hire better cooks, they can get five stars!
