The young man who spoke to me at the window was nice. But when I received the cheese fries they were not heated. I went back and told them and they took it for a while. Then gave me back the same cold fries with added cheese that was cold.

ALL Wendy’s locations are extremely inconsistent with how they serve the Chocolate cold foam coffees. The sizes, the cups they use, and the recipes are always different for the same drink that i always order! Also, the employee gave me the completely wrong drink this time- this is a caramel drink, not chocolate.
Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in a drive thru. Food under cooked, rude attitude from the cashier. You can tell people hate their lives in this establishment and take it out on the customers. Wouldn’t be surprised if I get food poisoning in the next 24 hours.
