I barely write reviews, but this time I had to. The girl that served us had long black braided hair and a lot of piercings (just to describe how she looked like), she was very rude from the beginning, and when we asked for our drinks which included lemonades she threw them to the counter, food was taking forever and when my boyfriend went to the counter to ask for the food she threw the tray to the counter, we asked for sauces, threw from a even longer distance, which made it more disrespectful than it already was. The dining room closed and she started to hit the plastic ads that are on the wall on top of the boots and said “dining room is closed now” instead of “ hello guys, dining room is closed!” she seemed unhappy from working there… if you aren’t happy with your job, then don’t work there, simple. Horrible customer service. Hire nicer people please.

Worst staff.. worst service.. arch the camera January 2 2025 at 11:55 am to see the quality of your staff.. Cursing at customer and playing around.. Dirty store , I will NEVER come back to this establishment.. this 125 Biscayne Blvd in North Miami location make me hate Wendy’s as a whole.. I wish there was a -negative star.. I got to the window and thought the we’re gonna spit in my food, so I drove off… I WILL CALL DIRTY DINING TO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT ..

Vegetarian options: Cobb Salad is one of the Is best With Grill chicken.
Parking: No handicap parking.
Kid-friendliness: It's okay for kids. And family.
Wheelchair accessibility: For wheelchair, accessible is very difficult. In the store front entrance. It would be nice if they could redo that entrance. For wheelchair accessible. Or if you have to walk seniors into the restaurant.

Every time I place a drive thru order , without fail, they have asked me to back up after paying in drive thru, probably to reset their service timer. Pretty annoying when other drivers are behind me thinking I’m not paying attention and pulling up to the window.

Armani has a very bad service. She is rude, she speaks badly and we asked for something and she gave us something completely different. She charged us more than what it was supposed to. If you don't like your job you should quit but you shouldn't be treating people badly.

Vegetarian options: When I returned my hamburger because it wasn't me right the lady in the back really got a nasty attitude what was my problem so no I would never recommend no one to go to this Wendy's I would never step foot in this when he's ever again and this is the day shift
Ordered for pickup on Uber eats, they obviously didn’t start my order until after I got there. I didn’t order much, but I ordered a potato with only 2 ingredients, and it was missing one of the two ingredients. What a disappointment.
