I ordered chicken biryani about 10 minutes earlier but then changed my mind and asked if I could switch to mutton. I completely understand that the kitchen may have already started preparing my order, and it would have been fine if they had politely told me that the food was already being made. Instead, I was met with a rude response and angry expressions, which was disappointing. Customer service matters just as much as food quality, and a little courtesy would have made the situation much better.

Maybe this doesn’t count but I ordered Zaika on ubereats and was pleasantly surprised. Being indian, I have a high bar for good indian food.. and Zaika seems to be one of the better spots in Miami
Quality of the meat was good (seekh kabob made out of lamb was solid.. could have been more spicy..). The paneer tikka masala was delicious.. you know this place is legit when the ‘regular plain basmati rice’ is lightly sautéed in butter.. adding that subtle tasty touch
