This location often disappoints but it's the closets KFC so I come back. The chicken is salty... are they adding too much seasoning? The gravy is always watered down, gross. The wait is always too long. They have me pull around to the front to wait and then I have missing items, no sauces, and NO receipts. Do better.

Took over 40 mins to make my meal , lady was rude when I asked her to staple my bag and said she doesn’t have one as I see one then walks away . The manager and the rest of their staff play on their phone while we stand and wait to be greeted . I stood here for 15 mins before being greeted while they texted away

This was one of the cleanest restaurants I have been in, the food was hot and delicious, and the staff were extremely nice and respectful. This is a great place to sit down for a quick meal.

The manager Kim is very respectful and nice. I go there for the grilled chicken and it well done.
Horrible horrible place to try and eat. Ordered food 45 minutes in advance online. When I arrived, there was literally no one in drive through or in the store. I was then told they don't have chicken cooked and they didn't see my order as 1 of the associates literally said " we just kinda hang out here." I told him it's ridiculous that a restaurant doesn't look for orders or cook chicken. His response was " I agree". Now having to fight with a call center in India for a refund. Place is a joke, stay away.

Today I visited this location for the 1st time at 4:24pm. And according to my receipt my cashier was Smithmckinley. Did not catch the manager name. But he was a skinny, young, african American man with shoulder length dreads. I ordered the 12 honey bbq nugget combo and was charged for a chicken sandwich combo and given a chicken sandwich. I paid cash for that order. When I reentered drive thru to purchased another 12 nugget combo I noticed my original order was wrong. I never received a receipt for the original my 1st orginal order. When I asked why the manager responded I didn't ask for one. The cashier was rude, did not greet me or even seem happy to be here. Showed no type of interest in even checking my order to see if the order was right before giving it to me.The manager pretended like he refunded the original order and charged me for another 12 peice, but never did my refund. I never received a refunded receipt. It never came back to my card and my bank shows no pending transaction for a refund. This is showing bad management and fraudulent behavior. Now I'm out of almost $33.00 for cold nuggets with fresh fries. I will never eat here again, I will stick to the Blue Heron location from now on. Now I have to return to this horrible place tomorrow for my refund. APPROACH WITH CAUTION AND ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT. ALSO CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING.

Tried ordering here for pickup twice, and both times the order took 30+ minutes longer than quoted. Both times I arrived just after the "your order is ready" confirmation email was received, only for the staff to tell me they didn't have any grilled chicken ready and it would be another 17 minutes. The second time, which will be my last time attempting to get food from this location, they turned another customer away telling her they were too busy to make extra crispy chicken, so she just left. The dining area was empty and online orders are not being made, so I'm not sure what they were busy with.
