This restaurant needs to be ashamed of what they served me. I got a 2 piece #1 white meat meal and I got 2 literal scraps of chicken. A partial wing and a partial breast. I deserve a full refund. This is ridiculous!

The service was really good, but the chicken was really greasy. I ordered a 3 piece chicken dinner, dark meat with two sides, original not crispy. And it was so greasy. I said to my husband I will not be going back there ordering chicken ? again. And it wasn't hot. That got that. And the dinner's cost too much.

Every time I come Here they make me wait for my food. I have to park out front. This time I placed an online order at 6:03. It told me to go pick it up at 6:10, since I have had the experience of having to wait, I went to pick it up at 6:20. When I get there they asked me to park out front because it wasn’t ready. I told the girl it should be ready I placed it a while ago she said it is ready we are just bagging it. I waited 13 mins to get my food after that. I got my food at 6:40. To make matters worse when I got home they forgot my fries and sauce. This is u acceptable. Ridiculous.

Best experience with fast food in along time. The workers were actually friendly.
Placed an order online tonight so that my husband could just pick it up and go without worrying about getting the order correct. Well he said it wasn't ready when he got there but only had to wait a few extra minutes. I asked him to check the order before he left but he said it was all packaged up and paper bag stapled shut. It a 25 minute ride home and he wanted it to stay hot. Well of course when we opened the bag the order was wrong! I ordered a large mashed potatoes and gravy and the receipt does say I ordered Mashed potatoes and gravy but I received Mac& cheese. I am so disappointed can't eat my chicken tenders without mashed potatoes and gravy to dip them in!!!! I went on the KFC app to post a review and guess what NO where is there a place to post a review of your recent order. Because of that I will never order on the app again and I will make sure to check my order before leaving the store ( even though that should not be my responsibility) If they hire people that can read there should not be. Problem. The END

Kim and her staff did an excellent job getting our order ready promptly at time of request. The food was fresh and tasted great. The friendly service among all employees was super. And to feed a crew of 28, the amount of food was spot on - Hot. We have ordered from here before and will continue to do so. Thank you, Kim and your staff for doing a great job!
