If your working out of town and staying at one of the nearby hotels, then drive down to High Spirits, get yourself a drink, watch the game or race, they have touch tunes so you can play whatever you want.
Pool table, and plenty of people to have a converstaion with.
Smoke while you drink.
If your hungry, Karen makes homemade dishes. Plus there is Romeros right next door for other dishes, Liquor store is the other half of the bar so you can get some to go if you want.

“Good bar, great bartenders and nice, normal crowd. I’ve been to a lot of kava bars and being a girl I’ve gotten a lot of unwanted interactions with strange men (aggressive flirting, being followed to my car, etc.) That’s never happened to me here and this is the one bar I feel 100% safe at. Also usually a kava bar has either good kratom or good kava, but this place has good both. Worth the money 100% even when I go overkill and spend more then I intent to. There events are always a good time too and their prizes for winning a game/ tournament night are very generous. Never had a bad time here.“
