High Spirits Liquors & Lounge is a popular spot for a fun night out. This smoke bar features a pool, darts, and arcade games, making it a great dive spot. The atmosphere is always friendly, and the happy hour deals are unbeatable. With reasonably priced drinks, including shots of Jack and rum and Coke for $8, it's a cheap and strong option. Highly recommended for those looking for a good bar to hang out at.
