The lobby was not clean the bathrooms had no soap in them I told the manager and she didn't seem to care. Not sure how employees are washing their hands if there is no soap ... Just saying
Took 40 minutes just to give me a QUARTER PUNDER AND A MOCHA FRAPPE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHORT STAFFED. Workers screaming inside the place, I was just passing by for a trip and it got me really mad.
I order a krispy chicken biscuit with Egg and cheese. No egg. No cheese. I tell the guy. He says we'll you have to pay extra. NO SHIT. Thats how I ordered it. But thats not what the lady ordered me. So now I have a piece of dry chicken between a dry ass. And I biscuit. No condiments and no straw for my drink. And i ordered an egg McMuffin and she ordered me a sausage mcmuffin. DO BETTER. PAY ATTENTION.

The McDonald's restaurant is a reliable spot for a quick and familiar meal. The food, including the classic Big Mac and fries, is consistently fresh and hot. However, the service experience may vary, as the staff's level of friendliness and customer service can differ. The restaurant delivers on the promise of convenient, tasty food, and customers have reported mixed experiences with the service. The location is often busy, especially near a Sam's Club and a highway outlet, so customers may need to be prepared to wait. Despite these challenges, the restaurant maintains a clean and well-maintained environment, providing a comfortable dining experience. Whether customers are grabbing breakfast or a late-night snack, this McDonald's location consistently delivers quality food and is wheelchair accessible.
