I guess it’s acceptable here in Florida. The bagels are smaller. The pork roll egg and cheese leaves much to be desired. For the price I got double the sandwich in NJ. The service has no urgency. They feel a conversation with every customer is ok.
One of the best around!
The best bagels around however the service is slow always out of bagels especially salt bagels. Plus working the register then going back and preparing food is not good. They need to wear gloves.

Empire Bagels offers a welcoming atmosphere. Their bagels are a hit, including their popular pork roll option and the Carnegie bagel sandwich. The inside has a smoky haze from baking the bagels, which likely means the vents need servicing. While the friendly staff provides exceptional service, some customers have noted that the music selection could be improved. The bathroom could also use some sprucing up. Customers love the bagels, calling them the best around. Empire Bagels is closed on Mondays. The Gals that were working were amazing, and customers can't wait to go back. Two breakfast sandwiches, 12 bagels, and a half-pound of flavored cream cheese were under $50.
