The website wasnt processing my reward nor was the app. Neither way would work but the manager Randy was willing to help me out and take care of the problem in his own way. I will definitely keep using this location even if only for aolid customer service!This is the 2nd time the app/website has screwed up but the first time I mentioned it and he was on top of it.“
