Pizza Hut in Fort Myers

“I love this Pizza Hut!! Been going there since I was in high school and my food always tasted and comes out how I expect it too. Jaime the manger is such a nice sweet lady and always welcomes me and my friends in with kindness. Also another thing I appreciate about this Pizza Hut location is when I DoorDash late at night my food still made with care, which I can’t say for other locations.“

“Food was amazing but the service was out of this world. Jennifer was the one working tonight and she took care of me and you can definitely tell she really does care about what she puts out for her guests. She had to remake one of my pizzas because it wasn’t up to her standards and that itself should automatically give her a raise. Not to mention she is the sweetest person and strikes up conversations with guests. It’s hard to find that nowadays in these parts but she really outdone herself! Please give her a raise or atleast acknowledge her for her service!“

“This location is super convenient and close to my house for when I’m craving pizza. Every time I visit, Anthony is there to greet me with a smile. Anthony is a wonderful member of your team. He is always kind and makes sure to assure me all of my sauces are in the box before I even have to ask/check. That may sound minor, but the amount of times other places forget to give me sauces I paid extra for is a lot. That never happens here. He also offers me paper plates and napkins each time, which is appreciated as a young adult usually on the go. He always provides excellent service and I look forward to seeing him when I come to your store :)“

“Fairly standard pizza hut, but is clean, fast, and usually there is no wait when entering. The staff are okay, and the food is standard pizza hut consumables. Nothing extraordinary but good for someone who simply wants to go about their business without much confrontation or struggle. 8/10“

“I love going to this Pizza Hut! I have never had an issue going here. The service is always wonderful! They always go above and beyond. I added a cookie to my order when I got here to pick up my order. They offered to keep my food warm, and my drink is cold! They took the time to tell me how much the cookie versus the brownie was. Just really, really wonderful people here!“

“Service was exceptional. Anthony is a ray of sunshine in the service industry, I would hir him. Very courteous and genuinely friendly.
Regarding billing, I think tipping requests have gone too far, especially when I'm the one driving there to pick up and yet there's still a spot on my bill with suggested amounts. That said, he stood out to me so I did tip him. The lPizza was delicious as expected at a pizza hut and ready fast. It's unfortunate this location has such a low rating. It's my 2nd time here and it's been perfect both times
