“Buona ristorante (aka Buona pizza) advertises themselves as a classy Italian restaurant. This place is nothing more than a pizza joint. Extremely small inside with paper table cloths that they tear off from a big roll on the back wall. Ordered garlic bread and calamari for appetizer. Garlic bread was OK, calamari was so tough you could not even chew it. My mom's OSSO BUCO ALLA MILANESE (pork shank) was seasoned good, but I could tell it was cooked earlier and then heated up. The outside of the pork was warm, but the middle was stone cold. My wife and I got a Hawaiian pizza. It is thin crust and extremely soggy. Could not even pick up the pizza slice it was so soft. Had a horrible, weird tast me to it, almost like a sour tomato sauce. Barely even ate one slice and left the rest of it there. Went there for birthday dinner, and it was ruined. I guess our first red flag should have been that on a Saturday evening, it was not even busy.“

“We ate here 2 nights while staying on the beach this week. The hummus and flatbread along with their house salad for a starter was sooo good. The coconut shrimp was good and the coconut curry snapper was the best fish I have ever tasted and I grew up in Florida. The dish is not sweet and the flavor is amazing along with fish cooked perfect. Don’t hesitate to eat here it was our best meal when in St Pete Beach. Thanks Snappers we will be back!“

“This place has very good Reuben sandwiches and Cuban sandwiches. And let’s not leave out the potato salad and pasta salad! I went there today with my friend and I see why they are ranked 5 stars! Then on top of it all. It’s all family that runs it. Super super sweet and nice! And oh forgot to add the husband makes most the sweets. And so we tried the raspberry cheesecake. And if she wouldn’t have told us her husband made it. I would have thought it was prepackaged/ store bought! But to be honest it’s better! I can’t wait to go back and try different stuff on the menu and try their flan! I really was very well pleased with this place. From the food to the family who owns and runs its. I will be back!!“

“Had a wonderful time tonight while we were there. We were greeted with a smile and taken to a table almost immediately. The atmosphere was great and a bowl of water for our dogs was brought to the table. Our severs name was Kenny and she was fantastic. She recommended a drink called The Painkiller. Totally loved that drink. I ordered the oysters and was surprised by the size of them. Very good and filling. Kenny was fun to talk to and happy to be around. She definitely made our first stop in the area a pleasant and memorable one. Thank you Kenny.“

“This was one of the best meals, and definitely the best breakfast we had in the Clearwater-Treasure Island-St Pete Beach area. We almost never go back to places more than once when we travel because we want to try different places, but we went back to Corner Kitchen twice! They have music on weekends, a nice chill outdoor courtyard with couches and cornhole and a fun, coffee house vibe. Smoothies were great, lattes hit the spot and the breakfast BLT was fantastic! They do take out pretty quickly too if you have late sleepers. Friendly and fun staff.“

Their salsa is fresh and their queso is also good, not too spicy which is how I like it— but my daughter doesn’t love spice so it’s perfect for her. We had the crab cakes (so moist and flavorful, lots of crab; 2 big crab cakes), the steak tips (cooked to perfection and the sauce is so good) for appetizers. The chicken dishes were great, tender and moist. Our favorite entrees last night were the stuffed salmon (again, cooked really well, moist and flavorful) and the truffle mushroom ravioli. Some of the best raviolis I’ve ever had. Fresh pasta, nice filling, and the port sauce is out of this world. It’s a really solid vegetarian option and Chef said it can be made vegan too without compromising the taste. For dessert, the family recipe brownies are a must, and the blueberry crumble was fantastic. I’m so glad there’s great food on the beach in a casual and fun environment!“
