Fell upon this restaurant while in the area, and we really enjoyed the coffee and breakfast. I had an avocado toast, and my husband had the country fried steak. We both cleared our plates. We also had a cafe con leche and cortadito. Both were great.They had lots of menu options, and the restaurant smelled amazing when walking in. The restaurant itself is a little run down, but that's also kind of its charm.

Two of us went there for breakfast yesterday and it cost us about $50 with the tip. They were no prices on the specials/omelettes. So I asked how much they were and they told me they were $13.99. When I ordered the omelette, she offered us three choices of bread and we chose the Cuban bread. Which was stale. I also asked for some salsa on the side which they ended up charging me four dollars for for a tiny little container of salsa. When the bill came instead of 1399 for each omelette, they charged us $16 for each omelette. When I asked about the price, she told me the bread is extra, which there was no mention of. The food was good. But the smell in the place is overwhelming and I had to wash my hair and my clothes when I got home because of a lack of ventilation and the fryer and the grill and all that. Service was good. the people they were very nice , but the price was over the top, and I felt like they were not transparent with their prices.

I Ordered a simple pancake and eggs and sausage and they still managed to mess that up , my eggs was very lumpy and cheese wasn’t melted , and my sausage was burnt a complete waste of money i absolutely do not recommend

We stopped here on a road trip for coffee and sweets. The cafe con leche is on point! Also the guava/cheese pastries are so fresh and delicious. The restroom was one of the cleanest public bathrooms I have been in. The staff is so attentive and friendly.
Our first time here, the food was fantastic, as was the service! The restaurant was a very comfortable, enjoyable dining environment! We will definitely be returning to try more of their delicious food! This great place rates very high on our recommendation list!

I hadn't gone in more than a year and I don't think I'll be back. I remember when that place opened, the very friendly owners. I went on Saturday and ordered a piece of toast that tasted like onion, it was dry with no butter flavor and I ordered it with extra butter. I asked for a colada without sugar, they gave it to me with sugar and in a glass and with a lid that was not for that glass. I asked for another cover and they told me we only have that one. Also they were not very friendly. I will not come back. It makes me sad because the owner is very kind.
