Went into a Dunkin’ Donuts Baskin Robbins to get ice cream and they have no ice cream. And the place kind of smelled.

Got here at 7:15 PM and the lady barely English. She said that the only thing that they’re offering is donuts. I said, well you Guys close at 8 PM so why would you not be able to serve ice cream and she said that the people who work for Baskin-Robbins decided to leave early and she only gives out donuts. Terrible business. Lady said her name was Isa. To be leaving sooner than scheduled is irresponsible and therefore doesn’t deserve to have any job!

7:20 arrival but they are closed early even though they are supposed to be open until 8pm. Employee inside didn't care

Stopped by the place was completely closed at 7:40 , states they close at 8 . Employees sitting on benches inside with doors locked , great way to run your business .

Great BR. A very large store connected to a DD. It’s new and has everything R can offer. The most important thing. The employees know what they are doing. The actual can make a milk shake or cappuccino blast. The cakes are delicious / fresh. If you want something written on it, that’s not a problem. They also have tons of flavors of ice cream cakes in stock.

Just used Door Dash to get 2 Quarts of ice cream...I asked for Vanilla and Jamoca Almond Fudge. Instead I received Chocolate ice cream. It would have been nice to get a call if they didn't have Jamoca Almond Fudge available so I could have picked a different flavor. I don't like straight Chocolate ice cream.The number I called is not in service.

Absolutely horrible!! Went there about 6pm to get ice cream for my family and I was going to pay with an $100 bill and the young Spanish guy with the glasses stated that he would not take my bill unless I was spending $30 or more because he didn’t have change. I asked him can he go over to Dunkin’ Donuts since they are connected if they have change and he stated no. He was extremely rude, arrogant, horrible customer service. He also called his manager which was another Spanish person who was extremely rude as well. Yelling over the phone telling him to kick us out and not to take our money. I have never felt so embarrassed with a room full of people as if my money wasn’t good enough. I don’t believe after a full shift and they close at 11pm why they didn’t have change for $100. I will never ever come back to this establishment again.

wow…. congrats owner/employees of this store. This is officially Floridas most 1 star rated baskin robbins…“listed as 24/7” go in at 9 am. order breakfast with a milkshake. (don’t judge). the cashier (lazy) literally says oh we don’t serve icecream yet, then asks the other (lazy) employees what time and no lie one said 11 am and another said 12 pm. PATHETIC.The laziest employees i have ever witnessed. literally scoop the icecream… and ring me up. it’s sad. really. who is the owner here i mean seriously get your store together. every single employee should be fired.the fact that you got cameras and nothing is changing. basically adds up to you as an owner not caring…. this store really is just horrible. horrible employees who don’t care don’t work doing customer service if you have no customer service skills DUHHHH.PS: went to sunrise store. no questions asked made my milkshake like always and gave A+ customer service.

Older lady who seemed annoyed I wanted ice cream. None of the flavors were labeled (and definitely not even close to 31) and she couldnt tell me what half the flavors were. Many looked like they had melted and resolidified. I got one scoop of what she told me was vanilla. She gave me a fork and said she didnt have spoons. Ice cream does not taste like vanilla, has a tang like cheesecake. This place should just be a dunkin donuts if they cant be bothered to run the baskin robbin side properly

Says closed at 11pm, but it's 7h58pm and she closed the door right in front of me. I'm so upset ?
