Some of my favorite places to eat are restaurants that transitioned from food trucks as is the case with BMC Smash Burgers. BMC Smash Burgers began in 2021 as a popular food truck, Eat BMC operated by Jason "Jay Rok" Smith. In August of this year the brick-and-mortar location of BMC Smashburger opened on Dixie Highway in Oakland Park. OMG, it was so great! We had been out for a haircut and saw the restaurant and went for it. Great atmosphere. Delicious food. We had double smash burgers and tater-tots. Had a beer and a sugar-free soda. There is a free video game machine that has multiple games. A steady stream of customers. A Great experience and great food. Totally recommend this place.
Best burger in South Florida? Best burger in South Florida. Unreal how delicious these burgers are. Really friendly staff and fun vibe. Parking was easy. I cannot stress enough how good these burgers are. Perfectly smashed with excellent onion. Omg and the fries are great, get the Curry Ketchup.
