First and far most. Listening to the customer on how they want their food prepared. Then not serving a hot sandwich cold. My steak and cheese was cold and horrible. Not prepared properly.
i go there twice a week for lunch and i gotta say being from new york city, there ham and cheese and steak and cheese subs are awesome. the staff are pretty cool also vey nice. i recommend this sub place to anyone wanting a hot or cold sub.
