Main cons is that you are next to a major road so you will in fact be hearing all of the traffic noise + you are also paying for downtown ftl/ beach prices . It is not cheap but very worth it as a beautiful place with yummy food to take yourself out to as a treat or for a special occasion .

I was so excited because the food and the experience looked great, but we never got to taste it. The place had a line of 20+ minutes, but after waiting 40+ minutes and being at the top of the waitlist for a while, standing in the sun, we could still see available tables and were not being seated. Upon asking the host, she said “My manager asked us to wait to seat people.” I asked why, she only repeated her answer. Mind you, there were at least 15-20 people in different groups waiting for almost an hour. We voiced our discontent and walked out, with no effort from the team to remedy a poor customer experience. In summary, customer service is absolutely nonexistent.

Parking in the back and across the street.This is a little gem that cannot be missed. The pillow breakfast sandwich is phenomenal. I love the coffee. It’s indoor/outdoor so best to go when it’s not summertime. Their service is extremely fast. I’m actually very surprised which means they’re running very efficiently inside the kitchen. Everything was delicious and I was in and out within an hour .

However, the restaurant's location leaves much to be desired—it's situated in a busy area next to a noisy street and frequent train tracks.This detracts from the overall experience. Additionally, considering these drawbacks, I find their prices a bit steep.Also, if you plan to go, make sure is a nice cool day as it could get very, very hot out there!

Our server Catalina was exceptional. She’s a huge assets to this business because she cares! The staff is amazing here, they are so kind and caring.Bulegreen is doing business right. The two owners are busing tables, they have their finger on the pulse of this restaurant and it shows. We will continue to dine at Bulegreen for the foreseeable future. We look forward to our Sunday brunches here!The food is top notch, it’s fresh and you can tell. The drinks are amazing, I just tried the coffee smoothie with bananas and blueberries, and wow!!!! Amazingly good.The cheese balls… don’t sleep on them. The waffles are out of control. The French toast is probably the best I’ve ever had in my life.The atmosphere is awesome, all outdoor seating, covered. Absolutely love the exterior and interior cozy and funky. I had to try their traditional Brazilian drip coffee even after ordering a cappuccino just because it’s a novelty, and it definitely was very good! It was our first time here, and I found the service to be very attentive and professional, and the food was great! I had my sandwich on the gluten-free cheese waffle -decadent!
