Excellent service. Treated my dog like the King he is.I have to say. It has always amused me to watch the drunk people driving navigate the parking lot.2am is a rough hour to service the public sometimes. Basically anytime the bars close, it's on.This staff was working hard. Maybe understaffed, but thats what happens sometimes. ?Parking: This is more of a stop and go location. Few spots to stay. A small lot, with a lot going on.
A really good burger, very quick but make sure you check your order as they missed our vanilla milkshake ?. Otherwise good!

The robot that takes the order slows things down! When got to the window there was a fry missing from my order! The guy at the window said he could not add it to the order! Then he told me to go around at the other drive up window to get the order. Which had me waiting 15 mins. Bad attitude and no caring about costumer service! And it wasn’t even late at night!!

Worst place ever 2am I’m the only car in line it’s going on 20 minutes just waiting then I pay now he says drive to the other drive thru!?! This is just inefficient and silly! Bad attitude and customer service guys working tonight and I wanted to add an apple pie and he says no add on at the window, huh? Worst place ever stay away I warned you, oh yeah he gives me my drink upfront now it’s water for waiting almost 30 minutes plus my dive home horrible! If I hadn’t paid already I would have just left. ******Update****after waiting 35 minutes and only me and one other vehicle in a drive thru and seeing the guy with the gray hair , tall , dark dump old fries sitting in the rack back in and only now dropping my wings this place is disgusting went to McDonald’s in and out 5 minutes fresh hot fries

Food was fresh and service was quick. Been coming to this checkers since the 90's. I pass a few checkers just because I know this one won't disappoint.
Customer service needs a better way of handling their uber deliveries. One guy handling the night shift yelled sent me from the window to get in the line than to yell at me down the way in an aggressive tone. Than dissapeared from the window for a long min after I gave him the name of the two orders I was picking up.The young lady was a little more pleasant, although no smiles but more communication.Overall I felt like they just didn’t want to be t. Mind you I get it it’s late and lines are long. But I don’t feel you should make the customers have an unpleasant experience because of that
