I have loved this restaurant since 2000!!! I used to work nearby. I just went yesterday and it is STILL exactly the same deliciousness I always get carne asada it comes with cheese enchilada, rice, beans, and guacamole and sour cream. I always switch the yellow rice and black beans to white rice and cheesy refried beans. They are fast to serve the food and never have I ever anything but perfect service. I literally love this place!!!!

WOW, have your prices gone up. What's up with that? A chimichunga is 18.00, I ordered it with shredded beef it was an additional 6.00 for that!!! All it is, is a flour tortilla with beef in it!! Margarita's special for 7.00, ok great asked for strawberry, she said extra charge, I didn't ask how much, figured it was ok, it was an additional 6.00 for strawberry? Ordered queso, it was bright yellow like cheez whiz, definitely wasn't queso. What is going on here? Good food but won't be back. Eating at the Dixie location for over 20 years. That's now closed.

Cielito Lindo has been our favorite Mexican restaurant for over 25 years. Even after moving to another state, we always go back when visiting our family in Oakland Park.
The food was great and service was quite good in this more upscale Mexican restaurant. It was slightly higher priced however, we both felt they weren't out of line, and it was all very much worth the money! The people are friendly and the overall experience was excellent! We definitely will be returning to try other offerings from the menu, and to try their desserts.. we were too full to have them this time. We will rate this with????
