Disappointed - This is the 2nd time I have tried this place. I ordered 12" pizza, half cheese and half pepperoni / sliced meatballs, requested "Well Done". Got phone call to confirm order, mentioned "Well Done" again, the lady on call was very polite - "yes sir, see comment on well done pizza", Pizza arrived, was looking forward to correct pizza, opened hot box of pizza, let cool, grabbed a slice, under cooked, doughy, no crunch, ate slice picked at toppings and toss in trash. It appears they failed again. Will try a 3rd time again in the future for a "well done" pizza.

Downtown pizza is one of the best places to get fresh food at the service is wonderful I can do walk-ins, pick-ups or delivery’s and when I do go in the store to order I’m always greeted with smiles the waiting time for the food depending on what you get is really great for my schedule there open until 2:00 am and there alway fast the food is always hot I never have to worry about not liking the food or trying new things there flexible with what I want on my food and what I don’t want as for the food they added a new menu not to long ago and its crazy how a “pizza” place has so many options my favorite thing to get is the calamari and the hibachi the have a variety of different desserts and drinks and drinks come included with the pizza slices the atmosphere is very laid back and relaxed they have a tv and a a place to sit at and dine-in out of all the times I’ve been there it’s always been a 10/10 experience

I stopped by Downtown Pizza today and the food was great, the lady at the front was super nice and even helped me make a choice ( I wanted to try the whole menu) would definitely recommend it and will comeback. Downtown Pizza has the best pizza in Broward hands-down and they are open late! My favorite part about the pizza is the huge pepperoni. The menu is huge so if you are not in the mood for pizza they have hibachi, egg rolls, wings plus so much more.
First off we walk through the door and the staff are arguing behind the counter, on top of the stench. No one greeted us at the counter and the cashier was so rude and unwelcoming. She rushed us through our order, did not want to explain the different flavors and was just very sarcastic. Never again will I return to this establishment with my family.

I had the lobster trio last night and let me tell you it was OUTSTANDING way better then any other one o had before.. seasoned to perfection ? . Love the late night menu the customer service is great . Never a disappointment when I come here . My forever go-to place !! :)
