Your worker at 6:25 talks a lot on the phone and speaks too loudly, she annoys the customer with so much noise when talking on the phone. Correct this, I shouldn't talk so harshly or so much on the phone.

I place an online order once a week. Once I get to the window, they always ask what my order is. This is after I have sat for 5-10 minutes waiting in the drive thru. Especially if I order something extra beside my coffee. What is the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait for my order to be ready. This Dunkin donuts is in a perfect location.

Questionable people hang up there, oven stay broke, can't toast bagels, no breakfast, and limited donuts; never can get what you want, have to settle for what's left. The ONLY thing you can get is a coffee, in my case a latte. It wouldn't make one difference if they closed...BYE!!
I don't have a problem with thr workers. But I do have a problem that the fact the store opens inside before 7am sometimes & some days not until 7am. This is during Monday thru Friday when this happens. You guys need to make up your mind on what time you guys are opening because it's not fair to people who walk to work.

I honestly had great experience at this specific location. I come here all the time and get my usual a bacon egg and cheese croissant with hash browns and ketchup. My food is typically cooked exactly to my liking and the service is speedy and fast. the staff is very amiable and easy to work with, they always assist me and ara very nice if I have any type of problem with my order. I also occasionally buy my mom an iced coffee in the morning and she has never complained. The manger I believe his name is Mr. Rico is also very nice he's helped me on various occasions and made my experience great!!
