This is only based off customer service and what happen today. I had a door dash order mine you the building is completely hot in the inside and still serving customer, the manager was pretty ok but his employees seems a little frustrated.I'm in there for at least 10 mins nothing was never announced about the air until yt woman mention something. The employee with dreads that young man was rude. Apply for jobs you love not like

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever there is a lady over there. That is the most rude girl is a lady that she doesn’t care about customer. She was blowing her nose and touching the bread . Incredible and when I ask, she was cursing at me saying that Saying it’s not my problem. Waoooo Dunkin you should hire better people That care About good service and customer service. Is so sad!!

ordered 2 maple bacon wraps and one of them had regular bacon and american cheese on it. iced coffees weren’t stirred completely and i was crunching on sugar.

There was only one person working inside and it’s 6 PM. The schedule on the door says open from 7 AM to 8 PM. The doors were locked. She pointed me to the window made me wait at the window for 6 minutes then when she came to the window, I asked her if she had a menu she said “no” I couldn’t remember, what drink I had so I wanted to look at the menu. I asked her if she had munchkins she pulled them off the rack and set them on the counter in front of me. I said I want 10 powder 20 chocolate and 20 jelly. She said “no jelly” so I said then can I have-glazed instead, she said “you could see with your own eyes what I have” I told her thank you NEVERMIND and walked away. I will never come back here again all I wanted was some coffee and donuts, and she clearly treated me as if she didn’t want to serve me her name was ISRAT
