Staff working on Saturday 12/6 around 4 PM were absolutely disgusting. I ordered online, showed up 20 minutes later, and walked in to someone screaming from the back of the restaurant. No clue what she was yelling about. Instead of walking over like a normal human being, she just kept yelling across the whole place until another employee literally popped up from one of the dine-in tables like a groundhog and kept repeating, “Name? Name?”
I told her my name FIVE times. Nothing. Finally had to flash my phone like I was showing ID at a club. She looked confused, half-awake, maybe fresh out of a nap? Who knows. She silently wandered off to find a stack of receipts hanging off the printer like this was a shock to her. Still no apology. And of course, it took forever.
While I’m standing there wondering why I even bothered, a few other people stroll in, immediately start yelling at each other, walk behind the counter like they own the place, and keep screaming. I still have no idea if these people worked there or were just visiting the chaos.
The place was filthy, and based on how the staff acted, I promise you they do NOT care about food safety. The woman with the long white wig? Yeah… she should definitely be wearing a hair net or something because that wig looked like one sneeze away from joining my sandwich.
Never again. Absolutely reporting this circus to corporate.

Placed a pick up order, when I went in to pick up my order I walked up to the only worker I seen in there which was an older woman with very short orangey curly hair. First of all she was yelling extremely loud on her phone which startled me upon entering the facility, then she ignored me when I informed her I was here for pick up and proceeded to yell on her phone. She then looked at me crazy as if she’s not working a job, grabbed my food and placed it on the counter with an attitude to which my sandwich fell sideways in the bag. When I got in my car and opened the box the sandwich was a mess. This was 11/18/25 at 2:55pm. Extremely Horrible service here would not recommend this location to anyone at all!

The ladies that work here are so very kind and amazing service but this location has no AC and it hasn’t had AC for a whole year. These poor employees are working in extreme heat. This is unacceptable. Poor people that work here are just sweating all day.

The customer service was great from the gentlemen working at the food station. They helped me with my app and we're very patient, kind and did a great job with my custom sandwich order! This is only my 2nd time here and I will definitely return! The sandwich was very fresh and yummy! It could be in a more appealing location with better curb appeal
Dirt bag service No smiles Staff looked mercilessly bitter and profoundly depressed A loud woman who sounded possessed was trying to take my order while ignoring me and walking away, still shouting and making sounds from her mouth that resembled a cacophony of languages other than English.
Zero confidence that I was going to get what I ordered and not overpay.
Cannot recommend dumpster fire service in this economy over a pricey fast food sandwich.
