I waited 30 minutes for a small sandwich. Store was not busy but the employees seemed to be walking around in circles and why does it take three people to full one order. Bad practices. Sandwich was just ok.

The new girl has been there five days now and she still has her head down when you walk in to pick up an order. This is not difficult you look at you look up hi what’s the name and hand the person the food or tell him it’s not ready yet How long does she want to be there before she does this a month two months?

Staff was super friendly when I walked in. Even though I had just placed my order online they quickly made it. I told them I was patient to wait as I knew I had just ordered. The salad was put together very nicely and just as i had ordered. Very quality ingredients.

I will never come to this firehouse sub again. It's so unprofessional. I came yesterday with the letter M the guy charged me. I came back today to get a refund. The lady who looked at the receipt was saying that they can't refund me I should of seen that yesterday. Plus they having there own loud conversations in the back table. She went to finish her conversations before she came back to me. The guy had to say just refund her the money. She didn't want to refund me saying from yesterday seriously. The guy did the refund. Never again so unprofessional. They give firehouse a bad taste. Be careful when you getting these subs cause they will charge you if you not paying attention.
