Terrible Service Always. It was 9:00pm and the restaurant was closed. The young lady said they were closed because they needed a break.
How can you serve cold hamburgers to a customer? They didn’t even heat the hamburger meat and when we got home we bit into a cold hamburger!! Horrible tasting when it’s cold.. this place has gone downhill ….STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT.. employees are rude and would rather be carrying on a conversation among other employees than serving a customer !!!
I ordered on the mobile app and went to pick up my order. I was told I had to go inside to get my order. This makes no sense. If you don’t use the app you can stay in your vehicle and get your food. But if you use the app you have to go inside. My solution is to avoid Berger King because there are other fast food locations with better customer service.

Fraternel's, a hidden gem in the area, offers an authentic Haitian dining experience. The flavorful food, including the tender and tasty Tassot Turkey and crispy, well-seasoned fried plantains, receives praise from both locals and newcomers. The portions may be on the smaller side, but the affordable prices and cash-only policy make it an excellent value. The cozy, take-out-friendly atmosphere and the warm, welcoming staff, whom the regulars affectionately call "Mama," contribute to the overall charm of this long-standing establishment. Whether you're craving the popular legume or the fresh, delicious griot, Fraternel's is a must-try for those seeking a taste of genuine Haitian cuisine.
