Great American Cookies - Northridge Shopping Center

I was their 1st customer when they opened. I was so sad to know Great American Cookie wasn't that popular down here like it is in Savannah where I moved from so when this place opened I WAS ECSTATIC! I was just here last month & nobody mentioned anything about closing down they were even doing interviews when I went in so why has it shut down?

Ordered the popular chocolate double doozie through Uber Eats and was not disappointed at all! The manager and staff were also so sweet and accommodating and they even threw in an extra treat. I highly recommend giving Great American Cookies a shot ?

The cookies I got were probably 3 or 4 days old. Stale. And they were 6 cookies for $11. Nah.

The cookies are exquisite, the iced coffee is amazing, and the service is excellent!! Highly recommend it!!!

Most of the cookies I got were hard and not fresh.

Seriously disappointed in the quality of the cookies taste chemically mass produced . You would think that you can’t have a bad cookie and normally you would be right. However, for 11 dollars for 5 cookies I expect as should we all a warm Gooey feeling that moment that brings you back to your childhood and grandmas got some homemade cookies baking In the oven instead I’m left with a feeling of regret.

Great American Cookies at International Plaza and Bay Street in Tampa is a great place to go for all things delicious cookies. This is a good stop for a treat while shopping. Everything here is fresh and well prepared. I have been happy with all of the purchases I have made from here.
