The customer service was horrible the you her light skin lady act as if you the one who send her to work, she was very ride and basically threw the napkins at me when i asked for extra and got mad that i had her take something off my plate that i did not ask for. They dont even say hello to you just gives you a blank stank face. If Jamaicans weren’t so rude they would have way more success I DO NOT RECOMMEND JUST GO TO ACKEE TREW DOWN THE STREET

I loved Ms Gina not only is her food amazing but her perspective of running a business is highly profession and I thank her for my rice she was very patient with me and understood my needs as a customer I stay in west palm and was really hungry this was a great stop fast service and amazing food high

The restaurant is popular, so I guess that is the reasoning behind the lack of customer service, the food is decent, but you wont feel good about spending your money. And if a regular or friend comes in you will wait for them to be served first, doesn’t matter your place in line. And the little older lady was pleasant. The owner and past staff, just forget about it. Anything pertaining to their bad customer skills is true!!
Decided on curry goat and a side of barbi fry chicken. Was good and at temperature.

Worst restaurant this yearHow you order your food and ask the lady for a spoon than responds by say ether or spoon or fork. Where they do that at some one please I need some answers. Lady serving food was extremely rude and so unprofessional.. and she still made me pay for extra spoon

The person at the counter had such an unpleasant face. Why have her there greeting and serving with such a mean face. I payed for my food and said hey gal u have hot sauce. She said very slow like she thought she could beat me what u said. I repeated it cuz I saw nothing wrong. SHE said don't ever call her that she's a woman and began arguing with me. I told her that trini and lots of island speak that way. She said she dont care. Rude to argue with a customer over something so trivial. I go to Donna's all Jamaican and they laugh. If she lives in a bauble and don't know dialects she could have convey her concerns not so menacing.
