3:30 on a Wednesday. I stood at the front counter with another customer and no one was working the front register. They wasn’t even busy. The 3 employees working there saw everyone standing waiting to order and no one helped us or took our order. We even asked if anyone was gonna help us and they just went about ignoring us so we eventually walked out without placing an order or getting service. How is this place in business? Absolutely worst staff. They need to fire everyone and retrain a new crew.

The chicken was overcooked. It was dark brown. In fact, it was burned. I watched as they filled order after order and every tray they pulled chicken from was dark brown. I thought it was just the lighting, but clearly it was not. There's no excuse for putting out bad product, especially when you KNOW something is wong. How do you mess up like that when everything is supposed to be so precisely timed. I have supplied photos. I mean it was so obvious.
Historically, this location has been consistently INCONSISTENT over the twenty plus years I have been going there. It's just a lousy franchise location that I usually avoid. They were better for a while following their fairly recent, complete remodel, but they have fallen back into old, substandard form. Sometimes they get the chicken right, but USUALLY they don't. They are very close by, I was tired, I was hungry; so I took a chance. I usually go to one of two OTHER locations to get good KFC, since all locations are NOT created equal. Some are better than others. SO, I recommend you go elsewhere and leave this location out of the picture. This was definitely NOT the KFC I expected. I've been loving it since I was a kid, this was absolutely awful, AWFUL chicken. I called the manager and I called corporate offices as well. They need to get their act together. They are definitely not following proper timing procedures for cooking their chicken.

Kadarius was very humble and respectful young man at the ciunthandle the slight rush with full respect and great service and speed. Kfc is lucky to have him.

I went there yesterday. I ordered the chicken strips they gave me old old old fries . I could not believe it . The service was ok . But they need to do better . I wanted my money back . But I was in a rush
