I don't know why I'm going back at this point. The grilled chicken is so small that it's more like grilled pigeon. Look at the pictures, these were considered pieces of chicken

AVOID AT ALL COSTS:Easily the worst fast food option in the area. The employees there are incapable of getting your order correct. Every order I've placed (all drive thru) has had a missing or incorrect item, if not numerous items wrong/missing.They are constantly "out" of chicken (ironic) and the food is usually dry/old, which likely means they were unwilling to make items a few hours before closing and have decided to rely on the leftover food from dinner rush.Service is abysmal. On numerous occasions I've had to wait 15-20 minutes for the food I've ordered, longer when they have gotten the order wrong. The dreaded "Pull up and we'll bring your food out to you" has happened every time I've gone, even on single meal orders.It is clear the store manager is not equipped to handle their duties. Every employee I've interacted with has been stoned, has an attitude, lacks base communication skills, or all of the above. It's clear they don't care and/or don't face any consequences for their actions at work.Save your mental energy for other things and just buy your last minute food elsewhere.

Went to this kfc and ordered a 4 piece meal. Got home and saw 2 wings and 2 legs. I swear!....... could have said chicken was not ready or something. I am so pissed

My kfc experience was horrible from start to finish! The food tastes weird if it was reheated. The attention to the customer was not there they didn’t give us enough napkins I’m eating chicken with my hands and they only gave me three napkins and I asked for grilled chicken and they gave me crispy and wouldn’t exchange it

My order was taken by them. and instructed me to park and wait after that.They do this to avoid getting in trouble for sending in tickets after the order deadline. There was nobody in the queue, and it was dead. besides making me wait. It had no chicken and was drenched in gravy.

Awful. I have stopped at this KFC A handful of times and ordered UberEats deliveries. I have never had a single drive through or delivery order be 100% correct. They always forget 1-2 items or put in something I didn’t order. In the 21st century age of electronic ordering, this should be nearly impossible - the ordering system prints a list of items that go in the bag. You expect the occasional mistake in fast food but every single time this restaurant has failed to get my order correct. Never again. I’ll go to a local Popeyes location instead, they are obviously managed better based on my recent experience.

The staff here is gross.. they mistakenly poured coke in my drink (that was suppose to be a Sierra Mist/sprite and instead of washing out or replacing the cup. They just added the Sierra Mist/ sprite to the coke they mistakenly put in there. Super poor customer service.. will never go back here

Tried the drive thru. Gentleman taking my order, was confused when I clearly said " 12 pice family tenders " please for the love of god. Stop hiring handycap people and putting them in positions of taking orders" or drug test. Decided to swing by publix. 40 bucks goes a long way. Service is everything.
