In the beginning I would have definitely gave 5 stars but my experience today was quite upsetting. Fairly a new coffee shop for me because I recently moved on this side of town so this was my (like) 5th visit. My first few visits were very welcoming because the baristas suggested popular coffee flavors for me based on my descriptions. But today I went in & one of the main baristas THAT suggested me a flavor day 1 (not to mention I went in one day & complimented him to another employee) flat out made my drink HORRIBLE. Then blamed me for not requesting the flavors. I went in this morning & the cashier asked me what I wanted I replied “what he normally made for me” he told her iced cappuccino, so I felt at that moment “he knows his customers. Love that” Received my drink after waiting for abt 10 min left and EWWWWWWW. Coffee with no flavor. I returned, he blamed me saying I didn’t requests flavor & he don’t remember. Treated me nice/nasty with sarcastic/nice responses. That’s his method to madness. I feel he was overwhelmed. The orders got really busy, I don’t know how long he has been there for the morning but obviously he folds under pressure. This kind should not be on the frontline for customers. You are literally the start of most ppl day so customer svc with a smile is necessary & f’in upa persons morning coffee is not an option. Moreover I do love the staff. The tall guy was a total sweetheart trying to assist me with suggesting flavors. But this 1 Afro headed guy needs a reset & should smile more often. It comes off super phony to smile, instead, during a confrontation.

I saw someone recommend this cafe as their go-to for studying/working and they were spot on! The ambiance and music playlist was stellar while working on my expenses, and the vegan eatery options were a lovely surprise! Barista (curly dark haired lady) working the counter was friendly and had great back-and-forth with everyone she interacted with. All around great coffee spot.My only “complaint” would be that I didn’t see any outlets to plug in your laptop if you weren’t fully charged! Just keep that in mind.

Vegetarian options: Limited menu overall (proportionate to the cafe) and about half of the options are vegan! I only tried the vegan empanadas, and they were tasty. Highly recommend.

Never got to try the food!! Asked the server at the counter for a menu. He said OH someone took it, scan the barcode at the tableTried that and wouldn’t uploadAsked the waitress for help, she tried on her phone and couldn’t upload eitherSaid Server must be down! Ok well do you have a printed menu?YesShe went to the same front counter and the same guy said it not hereShe said I’ll find itAfter walking around a bit Nothing stillSo we got up and walked out, No apologies, not even an off to explain the menu!So REALLY??? One printed sheet that you can’t find? You count 100% on a scan that doesn’t work and a staff that would rather be in Bed on Sunday morningCouldn’t wait to try this place. Guess I never willLooking forward to the new business opening here , probably soon!

I love this cafe! It’s aesthetically so pretty and also has consistently great service. The chai latte is sweet and you can opt for cinnamon sprinkled on top, which really makes the drink pop. There’s a side stage against a corner wall for performances that happen sometimes and it’s also a perfect spot to focus and get work done. There’s an outside patio area if you’d prefer fresh air and a spot for pups/dogs too. :)

The staff here is wonderful, they are always cheerful about special requests, and when I sit outside with my dog, they always offer to bring her a bowl of water. All of the menu items we’ve tried (me, my husband, friends) have been very good, with options for vegans and meat-eaters. Can’t recommended the pastries, the ones I’ve tried have been dry/tough. The atmosphere is great, it’s my go-to place to meet friends for breakfast or lunch. Too bad they aren’t open in the evening.

Vegetarian options: Too many to mention

Dietary restrictions: Options for just about everyone

Kid-friendliness: I see lots of people with babies, toddlers and well-behaved dogs.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking parking near front door

I’ve always pass this place and wanted to try it. They have a very peaceful atmosphere, perfect if you want a coffee shop to work at. I had a caramel latte, it had like a hint of fennel I think. It wasn’t terrible but different. The Avacado toast though was very delicious.

Best cappuccino pour I've had in the state of Florida. Got the potato pancakes with two eggs and the sauce was phenomenal sweet and spicy. Definitely recommend. Staff is very friendly as well.

I had an espresso here yesterday and all I can say is it was THE. BEST. espresso I have had in YEARS. I did a double take at the first sip. The coffee had some lemon zesty notes, really well developed sweetness, depth, a chocolatiness....I don't know the name of the barista but they were excellent and super nice. I always order an espresso with a dot of milk (like a very dry macchiato) and at most coffee places there has to be a whole tedious conversation in order to pin down what I want because they tend to prefer that you order it the way it is on the menu, roughly an equal quantity of milk and espresso. But this barista understood exactly what I wanted immediately and just made it happen with no fuss.I usually go to Wells, Panther, Cubico, etc and I love all of those places but the coffee I had yesterday blows them all out of the water. I used to work at Panther and the closest experience I can say I've had flavor-wise is some of the times when we would experiment pulling espresso shots from single origins.I live a bit far but would make the trip for this one.

I’m from North Carolina. So this was my 1st time here . And the only problem I have with this place . Is the small coffee cups . Especially with the specialty coffee. You should offer larger cups. So please look into changing this and you will attract more customers.
