The cashiers are the worst. They forget to get your order right, forget to order my sodas (after repeating myself twice), then when it comes out they blame it on you. Worst service in drive thru ever. Even when I tip them, they dont care for my order. Horrible customer service.

I don't like to leave bad reviews; however, my food was burnt. I live entirely too far to come back, was in the area and wanted chicken breast with black beans and rice.

I used to come here often since I live just across the street, and the food usually tastes good. However, today was disappointing. I had to return to swap my combo because the grilled boneless chicken in combo #7 was dry, overcooked, and burned. The kitchen staff exchanged laughs and smiles, which felt a bit strange. Then, the replacement meal was tough to chew, the rice had the same burnt flavor, and there were only two tiny plantains. I won’t be coming back again after this odd and disappointing experience. Thanks for the good meals in the past, though.

Absolutely unacceptable service toward delivery drivers.
I was forced to pour my own drinks for a large order and was refused a drink carrier, even though I clearly had multiple beverages to carry. My hands were completely full, which made it impossible to confirm the pickup in the Uber Eats app until I got back to my car.
Despite completing the delivery and having a 100% satisfaction rate from customers, I received a complaint from this restaurant saying I didn’t confirm the order — which is completely unfair and misleading.
I clearly said at the time that my hands were full and I would confirm the pickup as soon as my hands were free. I never refused to confirm anything — I explained that I would do it right away once I was able to.
I also made it clear at the beginning that I don’t speak English fluently and I’m still learning. Instead of showing patience or understanding, the staff responded in a rude and disrespectful way. Later, they even reported me to Uber, which is unacceptable behavior toward someone trying to do their job responsibly.
The staff was rude, dismissive, and showed zero regard for the reality of delivery work. I will be leaving this review from multiple accounts and across all platforms including Google and Yelp.
Treating drivers this way is unprofessional and damaging to the reputation of any business.
The beans and rice was awesome and the place is very very clean.. I will be returning for more bean and rice.
